I’ve stayed here before and it was always great and understand they are under construction I asked for a first floor room but they were none they gave me a room On the second floor close to the elevator and let me check in early which was wonderful and why I didn’t say anything about the room but it was pretty nasty the furniture was stained and beat up and there were ANTS on the nightstand super disappointed

Property was dusty due to construction, better prep to the construction area would have avoided the dusty hall ways. House keeping did not clean our room, I asked the front desk to make sure it was done while I was out for the day. It did not happen and management excuse was not acceptable.

Very disappointed in this room. Smoke alarm was hanging from the ceiling, lamp is broken and fell on me, coffee machine did not work, bathroom sink all clogged up, internet would not connect, bathtub fixtures rusty and cracked. I want My money back. Went to another hotel across the street. For the next two nights.
