The receptionists assigned us a room that was already occupied. We were told that our room would be ready in 20 minutes;it was 40 minutes and we had to ask if it was ready. The pool area was neglected and pool water not as clean as it should have been. Very disappointing for the price I paid for the rooms and the Hilton reputation.

From the time we arrived things did not go well. Checked in through the app picked out room and upon arrival none of it worked and none of our three rooms were near each other. When my son and his wife arrived they stated they could not check in unless they had a cc in their name even though I was already at the desk twice confirming they would leave the room on my card. Needless to say that never happened. I left luggage at the front desk for a couple since they could not get there in til midnight. Upon arrival they were told there was no luggage and argued … crazy and uncalled for. Went to use the pool hot tub did not work and no towels. Went to front desk the one girl went to get us some and was stopped by another girl working the desk and told her no and they would send someone in with towels. 45 minutes later cold and dripping wet went to desk for towels gain told no that they would bring some. Well we ended up taking the elevator wet cold no dripping water everywhere back to our room. We also had to walk elsewhere for coffee which really is not a big deal but since we had a machine and coffee in our room we thought we should be able to use that early in the mornings but nope that was broken as well. There are other hotels walking distance to this one….. GO THERE and save yourself aggravation!

Staff member at check in was not friendly. I had to ask about breakfast and check out time. Hotel was very nice and room large and clean.
