Waited hours for an extra blanket as we had 3 guests and one was sleeping on the floor . Offered to wait , said would be sent up . Went back to check on blanket hour or so later , said would be sent up . Still waited until 10:30 pm and nothing . Went to bed. SMH

There was a big hole in the door of the bathroom, There was also what looked like a blood stain on the carpet of the stairs. We were informed there was an altercation which explained the hole but couldn’t help to think about all the possibilities. Also, the window locks were broken and my child opened it on the 3rd floor, once the snow melted, we then noticed the screen on the floor, to further add to our uncomfortability. The pool had so much hair and tissue in it and on the floor, I had to skim it all before we went in. We weren’t informed about construction prior to booking so my asthmatic husband had to spend most his time outside in the car. One of the staff came in and took our desk lamp while we were out. The manager at the front desk was very nice when I explained this and apologized and gave us a free breakfast which was appreciated. But I really wish we had a better experience. We purposely chose the more expensive hotel in hopes it would be nice but it was not a relaxing stay.
