Very disappointing! They advertise free parking but when you get there, they charge $12/night for parking. Zero customer service. Kept telling us they changed their policy, but this is false advertisement! No apologies, no acknowledgment that this is not the customer's fault, just threatened us with towing. I would have no problem paying for parking if it was properly advertised. This is just a ploy to make their prices seem lower than their competitors in the area. Very unpleasant customer service. The negative interaction left a bad taste. Not what I would have expected from this caliber of a hotel!

I like how the stores are close, I didn’t have to drive super far to get to them. Even the mall is close, it was only 8 mins away. There are restaurants and fast food restaurants that are conveniently close as well. The one thing I didn’t like was paying for parking at the hotel when on their website they make it as an option to pay for parking. Meanwhile they are security patrolling the parking lot to see if you paid or not.

An OK stay

Our stay was ok.Staff were nice,just seemed a little rushed. The heat with air blowing all night made for a very un comfortable night stay. Complimentary drinking water (16 oz bottle a day) would have been nice.
