"The entire building was clean and well maintained. The most disappointing thing were, first, when we checked in the front desk had said our room wasn’t ready yet but do have a room ready. When we got up to our room, we find out that our room wasn’t at all cleaned or readied. Linens, beddings, toilet….. u name it it wasn’t touched at all. The good thing about this was the staffed hurried and got it ready for us. Thanks to staff(Bonnie? And another individual) worked hard and fast to get it prepared for us. Bonnie? was friendly and so patient w us and made us feel comfortable and welcome while we wait for our room to be ready. Besides Bonnie and another individual, the room wasn’t ready fully. The next day we noticed no hair dryer and no back up toiletries. Besides Bonnie? and another individual I would of given this stay a 1 Star. Thank you to you Bonnie and the other individual who help get our room ready."

"From check in to check out, it was an excellent experience! Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful- every single person I encountered that worked there- and I take customer service seriously; it matters. The room was meticulously clean. The breakfast was fantastic- serving locally roasted Duluth Coffee Company!! Nespresso machine in the room for another coffee win. We will definitely be choosing to stay here again."

"Our room had water damage, the AC didn’t work and the cabinets were broken.. when I brought it up to the front desk they didn’t even offer to give us a new room or to discount our price, very disappointed as this used to be our favorite place to stay in Duluth. Now will be staying elsewhere."
