No one at check in desk. We walked around looking for someone for 15 minutes. I found the 'Employees Only' door. Knocked on it, opened it and no one there. The safe was open. I had access to everything behind the front desk. That's CRAZY and unprofessional. Finally, the gentleman showed up and didn't even apologize. Throughout our stay we saw the front desk deserted many times. We were in room 105, clear view from our window. Hire more staff to watch you front desk and protect items, like food/drinks in the 'Marketplace'.

1) I asked the Front Desk lady for a printed receipt for my 2-night accommodations (to verify everything was accurate). She stated, "You need to get the receipt from Expedia because that's where you' booked." I told her that I had never had this issue before when asking simply for a receipt upon check-out . She continued to repeat herself with annoyance or distain for my request. I stated I understood her claim and that she did not have to repeat herself. I also stated that, even if you think I'm wrong, she should know that in hospitality, the customer is affirmed. No receipt was given. Retraining is hospitality is greatly needed. 2) Extremely loud gurgling and whirring noise coming from the bedroom heater all night long both nights. The sitting room heater/AC is quiet and effective. 3) Priority: Do not return to this sight, perhaps any Comfort Inn, because of the rude Front Desk personnel upon my check out. I believed my request to be very basic.

No one was at the desk when i first tried to check in. The desk didnt answer when i tried to report handyman problems. The breakfast food and area were excellent. The staff i was able to ineract with were pleasant. Handyman issues: shower rod was dalling off so water didn't stay in the shower and the room door safety lock wasnt working.

The beds were absolutely rock hard and so uncomfortable that it made it difficult to sleep more than an hour or 2 at a time. The only way to get into the hotel was an elevator down in the parking garage. Couldn't use a baggage cart because it HAD to be returned to the front office, but as someone with mobility issues that depends on a wheelchair for distances, there was no way to get the baggage cart down into the parking garage or back up out of the garage and the staff was of no assistance. I had my service dog with me, but the only "pet" area they had was up a flight of stairs out of the parking garage and then across the parking lot, which was not wheelchair accessible since it required going up a flight of stairs so we ended up having to use an area of barkdust.
