Requested a Firm Bed - the King was firm & the best bed I've slept in while staying at any national hotel! Considering the value compared to other lodging in Elko, we will definitely be staying here in the future.

Good value for the price but the water in the shower was far too hot and difficult to adjust. There was a small fridge in the room but no coffee maker.

I am sorry to heard that you have a hard time to adjust the water and for the coffee maker in the room .We remove from all room after COVID-19 and also others maintenance issue so coffee is available in the office upon request. Called ahead to ask about breakfast and service dogs. Was told both were offered, booked the room get to the location and the clerk refused to give us a room due to our service dog I have for my epilepsy. He didn't care claimed I should have disclosed it via the app but couldn't show me how. He was very rude as dismissive. Especially since it was a non-refundable room, either way he was getting paid. Had to drive another hour and a 1/2 to find any vacancy and had not one problem checking in. Can't believe the amount of disrespect people give those of us disabled. Absolutely disgusting. Plus Travelocity cliams it's the hotel that has to refund me not them and yet couldn't explain to me how to disclose that prior to booking because apparently that was the problem.

I am sorry that your experience did not meet your expectation during check in time please allow me to express my sincerest apologies Yes i told on phone we have a breakfast and allow service dog but during check in i ask for the service dog ID you don't have with you and you don't have any other paper for service dog that reason i refuse the service because our facility don't allow pets in the room.then i told you call to Travelocity to cancelled your reservation. Thank you
