"The view from my room was terrible. The casino isn't the best, and the food is just okay—nothing spectacular. This will be my first and last stay at this hotel. "Luxury room"? I don't think so; we paid extra for absolutely nothing."

"This hotel did not live up to expectation. Long lines for check in, long lines waiting for lifts that were always overly full, and difficult to get any good service. While some staff were lovely, a lot were not. We stayed 4 nights and the rooms got serviced only once during our stay. I had to call up trying to get the room serviced, and also to get replacement towels and our rubbish bins emptied in the rooms. At the counter, there was always long lines if you wanted to check-in, check-out or needed to speak to staff with a question. The pool area looks a lot better in the photos than it is in reality. There's nowhere good to sit on lounges unless you pay, and you end up in a large concrete area between the two pools to sit. The menu in the pool area is also super basic, but you're not allowed to bring any food in yourself to the area, so it doesn't make for an enjoyable stay in the pool area. We stayed here due to the proximity to the strip and the shopping centre, but would not return. I am being generous giving it 3 stars."

"My biggest and really only issue was the AC / heater unit. The vents were pretty caked in dust. I am a technician and extremely comfortable removing vents and such so I took the filter out and cleaned it, unfortunately the one they had in there was too small, but I got it to sit and cover most of it. Now, the vent casing itself was so gross once removed that I couldn’t stomach wiping it down. So, it went and lived in the closet for the week, while I subsequently avoided hanging up and of my stuff. The was also a stain on a sheet which I didn’t love, but just flipped the sheet and ignored it."
