"The staff, the room, the condition of the hotel were all about as good as it gets. Very Clean and comfortable, Casino was fully operational as well as the diners and other amenities. I really enjoyed the stay."

"Communication started out before our stay and it went really well. They had quick responses but never addressed ths question I had until the end. Upon arriving at the hotel they were confused and not fully informed about my conversation with someone. They ended up changing me to a room I did not pay for or request. I reserved a 2 bed room with smoking and pets allowed. They put me in a 1 bed handicapped room with no dogs allowed. I had 3 people in my party and 1 had to sleep on the floor. Upset & Angry to say the least. They didnt offer a rollaway bed either. "
