Ugh, this stay..... The hot tub jets were not working, the carpets in the room are filthy, the shower curtain doesn't stay closed because the rods were installed on a slant and the tub wasn't draining. Stay somewhere else....

The room was clean and had great size. We ended up having some more people stay due to a change in their plans and had plenty of room. Pool was a little small but the kids still had fun. Great place to stay.

The previous reviews had me excited to stary but the room was poorly cleaned which was disappointing. Even had an old empty rotting fast food cup in one of the drawers. Breakfast was not as nice as other reviews made it sound, and the pool area also needed cleaning and had no towels. Hot tub was not in working order. Sadly just seemed like not a lot of care is going into anything.

Our stay was nice and worked well for our quick stop before headed back on the road. Our only issue is that most of the lamps in the suite did not work, and the bulbs were a very cool white, so not very homey. We would stay here again

We booked a room at this hotel specifically for the in room hot tub. We have stayed a few times in the past in the same room. We were disappointed to find that the hotel decided to remove the tv from the hot tub area. The only option was sitting in bed to watch tv or on the couch looking down at that tv. And apparently there was a limit on the hot water. Nobody wants cool "hot" tub water. The room was not as expected for the price. There wasn't much to the breakfast and no option for 'on the go'.

Our room was fairly clean, there were some areas that definitely needed some attention and touch-ups. Beds/pillows were comfortable. Furnishings needed updating, the middle sofa cushion was inches below the other sides of the sofa. The thermostat was missing a battery cover. Continental breakfast was good, although there was no one regularly attending to the breakfast area.
