Arrived at around 1 AM and the guy took a bit to even come to the desk. When he finally emerged from the office he acted like I had either interrupted something or he just didn't want to be there. He fixed my reservation which I am thankful for. But when he booked me a room for my stay, he booked me one that already had people in it so I woke them up at 1 AM in the morning so you could imagine they were not happy. And I was suppose to check out the 26th but they had me checking out the 25th so I just got my stuff and went to the airport and slept there after I changed my flight. I think the front desk people need to always be alert at all times.

Really liked the fact that there was a bus stop right in front of the hotel (for the Packers game). It was not a bad walk to shopping and restaurants. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I could tell it was an older location, as it was showing some wear and tear overall. But the bed was very comfortable. Shower pressure in our room was okay (not great), and the shower door did not close all the way.

In Green-bay for Packers Family night with our 7yr old. Check in was smooth and we enjoyed a free coffee in the lobby. Our room was tidy and had just what we needed. We had a king bed and pullout couch for our son. We ended up wanting extra pillows and blankets, which they provided. Bathrooms had full-sized bottles of shampoo, conditioner and lotion. It was quiet and no noisy neighbors. The breakfast was good- waffles, eggs, sausage. We got more than enough during breakfast. We will stay here again!
