Front desk employee called and canceled my reservation at 7:30am when refusing to let me call back with the right card to verify it was not a scam call. She laughed and mocked me and hung up on me. I called right back (3 minute difference between her call to me and my calling the hotel directly) she said it was appear canceled and rebooked (which i doubt as they had my info already n only update the card info and that call was 3 minutes!) i was supposedly “ upgraded” to a king bed from a double queen, room was actually a single queen. Bathroom so shall you could barely shut the door while in the bathroom to access the shower.
The front desk that check me in, he was pleasant and shocked. Not even an apology from miss Brittany even at check in! Will never stay at another extended stay of this is how guests were treated. On to of it-was a big weekend in the area and even paid 3-4 times their normal rate on 1 of the nights.
