I was delightfully surprised by this hotel. Very clean, modern rooms that fit my family of four easily. They had a clean pool that was perfectly heated. The workout room was much larger than most hotels. The location is near enough to walk to many cool areas of Milwaukee (3rd Street Market, the Public Market, river and lake front, Discovery Museum, Fiserv Forum, etc.). The staff was always nice and responded very quickly to any of our needs. We return to Milwaukee every other year and already agreed that we will book here. I actually would like to return in a few months!

The breakfast was never ready early enough to eat. Our shower faucet was basically falling out of the wall and the pool was closed. Honestly pretty disappointing. They did discount our parking because of these things which I appreciated however. I don't think I would stay here again even though the beds were very comfortable.
