Gem that’s ready for a bit of a polish.

Great spot, but due for some updates. Staff is great. Could be super awesome again with a bit of modernization - new TVs, easier technology, more responsive HVAC. Would be great to see a more thematic menu at the Fritz - Mexican seems odd. Bar was lively and fun.

Not a very nice neighborhood, dirty floors in bathroom, no robes as advertised. However, the people were very nice and the bed was comfortable. We wanted to order breakfast in advance and nobody could find us the door hanger to place the order, so we left without breakfast. Overall, I think the room was too expensive for the things it was lacking. A pizza from room service was $28 with all the fees, and was cold. It cost $20 to park for less than 24 hours. The photos of the rooms were deceiving. It looked a lot nicer in the pictures.

Room was clean and quiet. The staff were very nice and accommodating. On site private parking. And nice bar and restaurant on site. Free shuttle around the city and to the Brewer games! We always stay here when we stay in Milwaukee.
