Room service never answered phone and when they finally did, they lost my order. WiFi frequently drops and staff says “sorry, we can’t do anything about it”. Front desk staff very pleasant and location is excellent.

There were pool noodles in it for my daughter so that was nice. The room was big and comfortable. There is a “Starbucks” place, but no one seemed to man it so we didn’t even try. The area seems ok, just outside the freeway with easy way to get back on. Plenty of food places near by."
