The room was pretty decent overall, but there was no hot water in the shower during my stay. This was especially difficult since temperatures dropped to around -8 degrees on some mornings. As an out of state business traveler, dependable hot water is a basic comfort I expect when booking a hotel. The sink was piping hot, much hotter than the shower; clearly an inconsistency. I hope this issue is addressed for future guests.

This hotel is incredibly Loud…ac/hearing unit kicking on wakes you up every few minutes, all the door’s slamming, noisy guests (I’m certain someone broke something in the trim above me around midnight because the bang shuck my room!) and then the maid in the morning, I could hear her 5 doors down. Not to mention for some unknown reason, my room (122) received 2 wake up calls, even though I never asked for any. I barely slept at all! The front desk guy didn’t care at all when I mentioned these concerns, terrible customer service. I will NOT be back. Sincerely, Jessica Frick (overnight stay 11-5/6-2025)

No elevator to 2nd floor which i found weird. My room had an odor to it which was off putting, the room itself was mostly clean but you can see the horrible work they did on the remodel. How it ever passed inspection is mind blowing. Definitely they type of sleazy hotel men stay at while working in the area to save money. Not really a family place by any means. Couch in the room had stains all over it. Just overall stay away

Our room was disgusting I took pictures of the nasty human bodily fluid stains on the chair and tge closed had a bunch of toweled that were not removed from previous person. All of this is communicated immediately to tge front dear Donna and she refused to put us in another’s room. Said there were non available. The other person which was tge manager who was from an Indian back thought that this is all okay after he asked for proof and everything was provided. No accommodation or any apology or anything! This place is a loss cause to management

Room was cramped, clean but not in a great state (scratches on the floor, patches on the wall...) Specifically asked for a room with 2 quees beds when booking, only to discover they have no queen beds in the hotel (thought we did hear them offer a "queen room" to the people in front of us. Would have been helpfull if we could have stayed in a room with a king and sleeper sofa which other reviews mention, however, when i asked at the desk about more sleeping space, was told the options were between 1 king or 1 full...

Staying at the property was unsettling. People in and out at all hours. Pot smoking prevalent, more outside than in. There were spills and smears in common areas that were never cleaned. The room itself was ok, but the activity and other patrons caused me to keep my door locked and I chose not to have housekeeping. Seemed like many of the visitors were long term, like they lived there. Will choose a different property when visiting again.
