"The Hotel and staff were great. The Hotel and rooms were very nice and clean. The Rooftop restaurant has a great view but the food was just ok. The only thing I didn’t appreciate was that there is ALOT of homeless people in that area. Unfortunately I did not feel safe even walking across the street to Dennys. This seems to be a problem in that area , which is really a shame because the area has many nice Hotels."

"I was able to get into my room early for an extra $40. This is close to a lot of downtown amenities. The restaurants were great as well. I think they could use with an upgrade downstairs in their buffet area. Somewhat dark and could use a fresh coat to paint. But, otherwise, the rooms were a really awesome size and nice hotel."

"Staff was friendly. There's no lift to second floor so if you have bags or trouble carrying them up stairs then I don't recommend. Room was very poor condition, although clean. The door handles seemed to be put upside down so we had difficulty accessing entry. The bolt lock was coming off wall, cracked mirror frames, particle board exposed with nails on furniture, wet spots on carpet ( guess they just were cleaned?), just over all run down. Shuttle was easy, although we are disputing an overnight parking charge and we didn't have a car but have been told it will be reversed. Overall it's $100 for a clean place to stay, although the condition of the room gave initial doubts but for me friendly staff and clean is more priority. Can't say I wouldn't stay again but I now know what to expect from room."

"Inside the desk drawer there was a sticky substance. I was charged a $55.06 incidental fee on top of the $50.00 deposit. I checked in around 8pm and checked out the next day around 11am. The only thing we did was shower and sleep. The floor in the bedroom had stains. "
