Also, the drapes don’t close, or at least I couldn’t figure out how to make them. The cleaning staff does a great job and all bed coverings were snow white. The bed was incredibly comfortable as were the pillows, though a range of softness and firm would be nice. If one doesn’t suit, none of them will. I had a wonderful night’s sleep. Thank you."
