This is a great hotel on the waterfront. We stay here every time we come to visit our family in Vancouver. They have a great restaurant, nice bar, 24 hour Starbucks coffee in the lobby and a very good size gym. If you come with kids I suggest you book a room with a river view it will be a great entertainment from them. Really recommend this hotel.

The staff are very welcoming and helpful. The room and premises are very clean and spacious. The room is a nice size, however, the bed was a bit uncomfortable (harder than I expected) and the pillows were flat. Overall we still enjoyed our stay in Vancouver. There’s plenty of restaurants and cafes in the area within walking distance.

The website image of the room is way nicer than the actual rooms. The bathroom door of the room doesn’t close and give privacy in the bathroom. The sink was really shallow and made it splash everywhere and it was all wet because there is not a fan just a constant fan on.

Room was clean but small. Service was nice. I would stay again but probably not go out of my way to stay here. It's probably just a personal thing but the hotel was new and nice / clean but lacked some charm and character. It seemed a little high priced for the size of room to me. But nothing to keep me from staying here again.
