Was fine for what we needed, a place to sleep while out in the area for a baseball tournament. Hotel room wasn’t the greatest. Room was dusty and didn’t smell very good. We arrived on a very hot day, room temperature was very hot. AC was not on which made the room feel musty and smell. The curtains should be replaced, there were quite a few rips in the ones hanging. Only provided 3 towels for a group of 4.

Privacy was nice. Didn’t like paying the same if not more for s room than usual and not having the pool, spa, or continental breakfast.

Our rates are reflective of the situation we are currently in with the pandemic. Our regular rates are usually $30 more going into the summer, but we know that we have to be fair to all guests since most of our amenities are not available. Toilet ran all the time til flush was jiggled. This was a dissapointing stsy. It is fsr below travelocity standards

The room was filthy. There were holes in the walls, wall paper peeling off in the bathroom. The pool was freezing and the breakfast consisted of a waffle, yogurt or cereal. The pool towels are hand towels.

Thank you Toni, for your review. I apologize for the condition of your room. We are in the process of updating the rooms. The temperature of the pool is checked twice each day and it is set at 85*. I've checked it myself this morning and it is at the correct temp. I'm sorry you did not enjoy our breakfast. It consists of a make-your-own-waffle station, 3 types of cereal, 3 types of fruit, muffins, toast, oatmeal with toppings, hard boiled eggs, yogurt, juice, milk and coffee available all day in the lobby.

Convenient location , clean , and not overpriced. Shopping and restaurants are close by. I have returned to this location several times for these reasons.

The pool and hot tub were not in service. The room keys were not working properly, we had to go to the front desk several times to fix them.

Disappointed

We knew we were getting a lower end hotel, but this place was still severely lacking. The hot tub was broken, there was hair in the sink upon arrival and the "continental breakfast" had fewer options than most all the other places we've stayed. It's one saving grace was it's location.

Needs some serious maintenance

Cons: See above
The room I stayed in needs some major maintenance. The stopper in the bathroom sink was missing. Pull knob for the stopper was missing. Towel rack was partially pulled loose from the wall. The access panel on the A/C was broken. The A/C only half worked. In general, the motel is very run down compared to my stay there a year ago.
