The staff was rude and needs some classes in customer service. For example, we asked to check in at 3:35 and were told "check in is at 4pm" and to wait in these chairs right in front of the staff as they sat there and talked.
We went to the front desk at 3:55pm to ask about scheduling wraps in the spa. This was scheduled and we turned to walk away, not realizing it was 4pm and there was a line. Instead of the person that helped us schedule spa treatments checking us in, he made us get in a long line again!!! When we got to the front again our room was not ready and we had to wait in the chairs for another 20 minutes. We went back to the front desk, were finally given our key cards, walked all the way down the hill to the bottom floor and our key cards didnt work. I had to walk all the way back to the front desk in the rain to get new key cards only to be told the door sticks and to pull it towards you hard and the key will work.
When we got to the room and into the hot tub, the balcony above ours, that also had a heavy hot tub on it looked really unstable with a crack in the middle and water dripping through.
We got to our spa treatment, soaked in the bathtub, were swaddled in a sheet and blanket and left to lie there. While we laid there, sweating and unable to move the spa music cut out and an entire commercial for Aleve played and then everyrhing went silent until the bath attendant came back in singing. No idea where she had been. 2 stars is appropriate.
