A newly renovated hotel, has potential of 4-5stars when all the work is completed. Magnificent spacious lobby and great room lounge. Dinner at restaurant was delicious too. Best bed ever!!

The pools were closed due to break down, the room heater kept turning up, the bed was hard. Was staying there to enjoy the hot spring and was disappointed that they were not up and running.

Old worn out furniture, tiny sink with no counter or storage, tiny shower with very little space, balcony was dirty and unfinished. Received a handicapped room when we did not request it. Bathroom very inconvenient. Ate two meals in the restaurant. dinner was chicken and beet salad. salad was good. chicken had a cooked green (maybe kale) not prepared correctly it was impossible to cut and inedible. Breakfast food was fine but waitress brought coffee twice and both times it was cold. Had to be retuned. Restaurant seemed under staffed for both meals. Will not go back to your hotel.

The hotel did not notify us that the only outdoor hot springs was closed. The restaurant was closed during hours the website said it would be open. The front desk associate was unsure if our room was ready though it was 3 hours after check in. Adults only hours were not enforced in the pool facilities. The hot tub was literally cold and appeared to be very unclean. Our hotel room didn’t have hot water and it took nearly an hour for them to find a new room. Rooms in placed appeared to be unfinished. And a number of rooms I passed by had the doors partially ajar. Which felt unsafe. The hotel has been reopened since February but is very clearly not ready for service.

What a gem!

Really happy we stumbled across this hotel on this app! Hotel and grounds were beautiful! Staff is very friendly. The food at the restaurant is delicious! Family went swimming. Wish we stayed longer just passing through! Would definitely stay here again! Pet friendly as well

The over all resort and location is beautiful! The rooms are clean and fresh. I did not like the pool water being so cold and even the hot tub next to the pool was barely warm. Being a hot springs resort, my expectations were higher for the water. Plus there were guests that did not were swim wear, but actual sweat pans and went into the hot tub after going into the sauna. That was gross. To experience actual hot springs water I had to go to the spa and pay additional fee. But the hotel staff and services were great. We enjoyed the location.

When we got to our that was advertised as a King Jacuzzi with mountain view there was no water in the Hot Tub so we had to switch rooms after already settling in. The mountain view is apparently the view of the back of the building which is wooded because there is no mountain. The housekeeping staff was so noisy in the morning in the halls, not to mention the at least 1 inch gap under the room door so you hear absolutely everything. We only stayed 2 nights and housekeeping never came to our room. Fresh towels would have been nice the next day. There is only a mini keurig and a mini fridge but having to switch rooms it was noticed that not all fridges have a freezer. There is one microwave at the end of the hall and considering there restaurant menu is very expensive you need to bring food but there is not a lot of room to keep anything or heat it up. There is one gas station shortly down the road but keep in mind any restaurant or dining in the nearby towns close at 9pm. It was also not disclosed that they are doing lots of renovating so getting woken up to a miter saw was not ideal. I really would have much rather saved the money and stayed at a cheaper hotel considering there is nothing to do here except swim which closes at 10pm and with a jacuzzi in the room we had no need to use the one by the pool. The website advertises Mini Golf but looking at the course that was not an option. We did reserve a massage which while it was good, it was too expensive.

The only thing we liked was the spa soak and wrap! Nothing else! Slow service, super cold pool, dirty water in the pools, non-working showers, non-working cold plunge, dogs allowed everywhere, dirty areas, balcony of the room not swept in ages, restaurant super slow…Terrible place! You should be prepared before you decide to open for guests!!! Just terrible….

We recently stayed at Bonneville Hot Springs Resort and Spa, and it was a fantastic experience. The resort is a hidden gem, nestled in a beautiful area near the Columbia River Gorge. The rooms were very clean and well-maintained, making for a comfortable stay. The spa is a big plus, offering a wonderful way to unwind and relax. We also enjoyed the coffee shop, which served great coffee. What really stood out was how well the resort suits families with kids. Overall, everything about our stay was great, and we'd definitely consider staying here again.
