We found this Hotel through Expedia. We were in Vancouver to visit my sweet mother. It was nice to have a hotel close to her home. Staff were helpful and friendly. The restaurant was charming and very good food. Free lattes in the lobby was a nice surprise. Will stay here everytime we are in Vancouver.

This hotel is in need of a refresh. The room was a bit dated and wasnt very clean. Paint peeling and dingy carpeting. Ive stayed here before and for what you pay, the value for me just isnt there. Staff is friendly, facilities like restaurant is good. But is in need of some uodates in comparison to other places.

Was disappointed there was an early check in charge, even tho my room was available. Obviously I did not pay. Had to find something to do for an hour. 😟 Once in my room, it was okay - dated. It had poor sink drainage, sofa had food crumbs on it, at times it smelled musty and there wasn’t a “brochure” giving me information about the restaurant, fitness/swimming pool hours, etc. I doubt I will be back, which is unfortunate. On a positive note - outside of the ONE rude staffer, the others were wonderful/helpful/friendly and the Koi pond was a bonus.

The room was clean, and the staff were friendly. There’s plenty of shopping nearby with the Vancouver Mall within walking distance, plus good restaurants close by and easy access to the highway. My only suggestion would be to finish painting the room or update the walls/wallpaper. There weren’t any art pieces on the walls—just some holes where decorations used to be. That said, it was a minor detail that didn’t affect my stay. Keep up the great work!
