Selected this property for listed amenities. It took over an hour to check in. No joke. The attendant said there's 100 check-ins scheduled and she's by herself. There were 14 people ahead of me, 8 behind. Since it took so long, restaurants in the surrounding areas stayed open later as guests didn't get to restaurants because of delayed check in. There was no breakfast per amenities. There was no service per short staff situation.

There was no plate in the microwave, the front of the drawer fell off when pulled on, and i had no tv in my room.

The pool was green, no restaurant or bar, homeless people sleeping in stair ways, phones didn’t work, the staff come into your room when your away, cell phone was taken out of my room along with a bracelet and Maui Jim sunglasses. Couldn’t get final bill or receipt. The place was very run down and creepy!

The property is very well worn. The room had furniture that had stains on the chair and foot rest. This facility needs to be remolded. The staff was very polite and accommodating
