"Room was decent. Bed frames are sheet metal(??) and so every time you move the bed creaks. Patrons staying while we were there were loud and obnoxious at all hours of the night. Parking is fine. Breakfast was ok. "

"Sticky carpet, I got multiple bug bites in a room, dirty sink when I checked in. family had issues in their rooms as well. Breakfast wasn’t a continental or something, it was a $15 discount at the restaurant. They were out of things so we weren’t able to eat before we left."

"It truly is an outstanding hotel. At first I was bit iffy based on my experience from a Larkspur at a different location. When I came to the Folsom location I was immediately wowed by the plethora of food options that were conveniently located within the same parking lot. A Burger King, Indian food, Chinese food, and a teriyaki place all just a mere hundreds of feet away. There is even a movie theater that one could get to if they were willing to walk an “exhausting” 20 seconds to. I was able to park right in front of the hotel. The lobbyist was super friendly. Gave me a room immediately. Room was incredibly spacious with lg fridge, stove, and dishwasher. Everything was incredibly clean and updated. Breakfast was great to include eggs and sausage. Zero complaints and much that I could rave about. "

"Here's a message you can send: Dear Manager, I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your hotel. The room I was assigned lacked basic essentials — there was no trash can, no towels for drying, and the phone was disconnected from the wall. These are not minor oversights; they reflect a serious lack of attention to guest comfort and basic standards. I expected a minimum level of care and was disappointed at every turn. As a result, I will not be returning to your establishment and cannot recommend it to others. I trust you will take the necessary steps to ensure future guests do not have the same experience.
