It had everything that I needed for my stay and it was comfortable but the bed was too hard but everything was clean the sheets were amazingly clean and soft so thank you for a wonderful stay

Very nice hotel

Pros: Close to restaurants and a movie house
Location: See above.
This is very nice hotel. Very quiet and clean. Several restaurants within walking distance. Close to man roads.

Clean hotel with a nice kitchen.

Very polite staff, everything was clean and not old. Hot tub was clean even. Outlet mall across the street and plenty of places to eat nearby. Spacious suite with a kitchen that had everything we needed.

Had problems with key to room, took three fixes but they got it. Was told sence we were leaving early they would make up a bag breakfast for us to take. Didn't happen.

Hotel indicates it is all suites. Room contains kitchenette, desk/table, two chairs, lounge chair, one flat screen TV and a bed. It is one room, not a separate bedroom. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was clean, showerhead nice, ammenities good. Hotel was quiet. I would stay there again. Breakfast was ok, one 4 person table to sit and eat. A couch was also in the room. We ended up taking our food to the room. Canned juices, hardboiled eggs, croisant sandwiches, yogurt, cereal, milk, bread, bananas, no other fruit. Muffins, danish, french toast or waffles, you just put in the toaster.

Christmas 2016

Pros: See above.
Cons: We don't find the duvets the nicer hotels are using to be comfortable. They are too heavy. That is the only thing we would change.
Location: There is a movie theater next door. The Folsom Outlets and lots of other stores and restaurants are close.
We choose to stay in a hotel/motel when we visit our family in Folsom. Larkspur Landing is convenient and our preferred hotel when we can get a room in our price range. They were having a Holiday Special this year. The room is comfortable; the kitchen is a bonus. The staff is friendly, and there are fresh-baked cookies at the front desk in the evenings. Breakfast was adequate the one morning we ate there. A plus was that they were restocking the food even when it was past the scheduled time to end the meal.
