The room had cleanliness issues. Found blood droplets in the bed, dirty mattress and sheets and used sanitary napkin in the trash. Breakfast was all store packaged products and nasty. I would like to be comped for this atay

The room backed on to a highway and the traffic was so loud we could not sleep. A request for a different room was not accommodated. The window shades did not work, so the room was too bright at night. We never got maid service.

Bathroom dispensers of hand soap, shampoo, etc. were ALL COMPLETELY EMPTY. Property could use a renovation. It is as mostly clean, just worn. Dead cockroach carcass on kitchen floor. Hope that means the pest control did a good job.
