The front desk staff were very friendly during check in. Room was modern looking, spacious and clean. We only stayed one night. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast selection was very nice and the coffee was good. I would recommend this location to others.

I was told upon check-in that my room would be "refreshed" every other day. I was there for 5 nights and housekeeping didn't enter my room once. I had to dispose of my own trash. (The front desk staff said I could leave trash outside my room and it would be picked up. Leaving trash in a hotel hallway is a terrible idea and bad hotel policy.) I know charging for parking is standard these days, but it's just a ridiculous money grab.

This was a last minute switch/ cancellation around 4pm yesterday on Sat. 10/18/25. It seems like the hotel is overbooked and switched us to a cheaper sister hotel. I’m so disappointed by this last minute switch!! I am very disappointed with my recent stay. I specifically booked and paid extra for one night) for a room with two beds — that was the main reason I chose this room. When I arrived, I was given a room with one bed and a very uncomfortable sofa instead. This is not right, and it’s upsetting to know that the room I reserved was apparently given to someone else. The manager told me she couldn’t issue even a partial refund because my reservation was made through Expedia, though she did refund the $10 parking fee and kindly gave my points for membership. The front desk staff, including manager were very kind and professional, but it’s unfortunate that they couldn’t do anything more to make this right. Overall, I feel disappointed that I paid for something I did not receive. Expedia and the hotel need to coordinate better so customers don’t end up in this situation. This was a very awkward situation and should not have happened.

We got moved to a room with 2 queen beds instead of a king. Had to sleep in separate beds which ruined our get away. Had issues with the tv. Couldn’t get it to stay on or load anything. Maintenance brought us a new remote. Still didn’t help. Once it was time to go to bed. The tv kept turning back on. Woke up to a ridiculous amount of noise from the people above us. Horrible stay, will not be back.
