Excellent stay other than don’t think there should be a $12 parking charge. Parking is a problem when returning later in the evening. This is my second stay here and same issue both times-had to park at adjacent hotel once and in a handicap space per direction of hotel staff second time. Otherwise all is wonderful!

Clean, overall nice, but pet travelers beware.

Pet stays beware: this hotel charges a non-refundable pet fee of $150 PLUS a $25/night charge. I couldn't find this information anywhere on the Hotels.com listing, so was extremely surprised at check-in. I was told this was for the cost of them needing to "shampoo" the room, but there was at least one noticeable stain on the carpet in the room when I checked in, so who knows. I travel with my small dog 6-8 times/year and this is much higher than I've experienced elsewhere. Otherwise, the property was exactly what you would expect for a hotel in this price range, clean and comfortable, no frills. My room was not huge, but the space was organized nicely to make it feel spacious. There were a lot of kids at the hotel and I was immediately next to the elevators, and I couldn't hear either from my room, it was quiet and well soundproofed. Major pro, this might have been the best hotel shower water pressure I have seen in years. Overall, I would probably stay again if I did not have my pet with me, but there are so many truly pet friendly hotel options that I would not choose to stay here again if traveling with him.
