Lugged three kids in as a single mother to find dirty towels and dead cockroaches on the floor. Was going to let the towels slide until i found bugs. Most disgusting experience ive ever had in a hotel. For the price i was supposed to pay and what i walked into was ridiculous. Do better.

My coffee maker didn't work. The lady working the breakfast area had bad attitude. Table dirty. Ran out of coffee 15 minutes before closing breakfast. I told her of coffee, she said I KNOW. Go get in lobby. Front desk clerk didn't care about either problem.

Gave me occupied room, then gave me a cheaper room
I paid for a suite with jetted tub 4 days in advance of stay for date night with my wife. They gave me key to an occuppied room so I walked in on someone sleeping a saw enough to feel traumtized. Ran out to the front desk and after staring at computer for 10 mins and calling the room, the clerk said they overbooked that suite and would have to put me in a regular room with no jetted tub, which was why I paid for the suite. He said contact hotels.com for my refund. I said I would be contacting Best Westerm Corp and he became defensive, saying I must contact Hotels.com for refund etc, but since this was not hotels.com's error.
