"Room was very clean cleaning staff very courteous. The breakfast bar was just perfect for a nights stay at that budget. Didn’t have the opportunity to check out the bar and restaurant but had heard it’s very nice. If we’re in the Dubuque area again, we will definitely stay at this motel."

"Elevator didn’t work well. Property cleanliness in question. Sketchy clientele. Very old, uncomfortable beds. We tried to go cheap and it backfired. You do get what you pay for so I guess as a silver lining the room was at the correct price point."
