The spacious kitchen is equipped with everything you might need to cook a great meal and enjoy it in the company of friends and family around a large dining table.

Driveway parking and street parking are available. We do not offer garage parking.

NOTE: The property is located in the residential neighborhood. Please be mindful about noise at all times, especially between 8 pm and 8 am. No loud parties, live music, music amplifiers, loudspeakers, DJ, or karaoke is allowed at any time during your stay both outside and inside of the house.

No smoking is allowed inside the house. Violators will be charged a $1,000 fine.

Spa heating is included in your stay, but not pool heating. You can request pool heating in advance of your check-in or anytime during the duration of your stay. Note that it takes approximately 24 hours to heat up our pool to 89F and an additional $100/day charge.

The pet fee is $100/stay. If you are bringing more than 1 pet, there will be a separate charge of $50 per additional pet.

For property security reasons, there are surveillance cameras installed outside.

A Dream Vacation Experience
All of my guests and me had an incredible time in this home. What a host! You can tell from the photos that the house is beautiful, but seeing it in person and experiencing it is truly next level; IT’s EVEN BETTER IN PERSON! The experience was so top notch that none of my guests wanted to leave; I practically had to kick them out. The neighborhood is quiet, and you get to enjoy a beautiful, scenic view of the mountains from the front and backyard. The game room was a huge it, as well as the hot tub. If you rent this home you will not be disappointed; it’s amazing. Thank you for hosting us.

Palm Springs Family Getaway
We were a group of 11. Olga was very accommodating with the extra traveller. Quick responses. Items we needed were replaced quickly. We paid extra for the heated pool and it was worth it, the whole family loved it. House was large and cozy. Beds are comfortable. Lots of bedding and towels available. Game room was a hit. Would book with Olga again. Thank you for hosting us.

Fun and relaxing weekend getaway
We had a very relaxing and comfortable stay. We were a party of 6 adults and 6 kids (7 through 10 years ages), and a dog. The house has a very warm and welcoming vibe that instantly got us all to feel welcome and relaxed. The backyward with the pool and spa were a huge hit with the kids. There is a pool table in the game room, and a lot of board games to keep entertained. It's about 10-15 minutes from Palm Springs downtown, and about 45 mins to Joshua Tree National Park. The house was very clean. A huge shoutout to Olga ,our host who was extremely helpful in answering all our questions within a couple of minutes. We couldn't have hoped for a better arrangement. This definitely deserves a 5-star review from us.
