It was very nice just the parking was terrible had to walk far to park but the room itself was amazing and the balcony we couldn’t really enjoy it because there was too much bird poop out there. It needs to be clean.

Very disappointed

Check in was horrible. Was on phone with customer service for 20 minutes before was even able to enter room. Once entering into the room realized it was not ocean front but had to ocean view balconies. Which the bigger balcony located in the living room the door was would not open. Could not connect to the Wi-Fi bc we were not given the access code an customer service didn’t have it either. Then the topper the pool was closed. Overall kids enjoyed ocean but spent most of the time in room bored bc it stormed both days and they couldn’t even connect to Wi-Fi. Worst experience ever. I spent most of time of phone with customer service disappointed they couldn’t answer no questions.
