"We had a unique situation where we had to get into a locked, fenced area later in the evening, and they were very accommodating and security helped us get into the area to retrieve an item that we accidentally dropped off the balcony. We will stay here again."

"Check in was smooth. Rooms were not ready upon arrival but they texted and emailed when the rooms were ready. Rooms were well appointed and beautifully designed. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Beautiful view looking at the adult pool and marina. Only one small dissatisfaction was the shower. Shower space was longer then normal and the water pressure was not great. Not deal breakers and will return to this hotel again. Service from concierge, maid service, turn down service, and in room dining, pool attendants, as well as the restaurants were all top notch."
