"It’s noisy to get the most expensive room with city view. Lots of ambulances go by and Santos happening across. Also could feel the metro shake the bed (4th floor). It’s in a good location. They clean the room well and big towels. I had a little trouble with my early check-in paid process but it got resolved (paying extra). The black out curtains and ac need upgrading. Also one day the elevator didn’t work and I saw older people with luggage struggling."

"My husband and I traveled from the Bahamas for a weekend getaway and this hotel was amazing. Elizabeth and Kiana t the front desk were so welcoming. Pleasant attitude and friendly hospitality. The room was amazing awesome view. The restaurants were legit walking distance. We are definitely definitely coming back. Hands down the best hotel we’ve stayed in, in fort laduderdale."
