It took me over an hour to get checked in. The lady at the front stated we don't have a digital card being that you prepaid. I can't get a hold of anybody so you need to call. I called hotels.com and then messaged hotels called the customer service. The lady then proceeded to act like she was getting dizzy and so a guy named Donald had to step in for her. He was very nice but didn't know what was going on because that's not his usual place in the hotel. Then the lady proceeded to say sarcastic things like I'm glad it's you on the phone and not me while she got snacks from the snack area and ate them. Meanwhile, I'm just stuck in limbo waiting. The hotel was clean, it is on a very noisy road.
