WE WERE THERE TO SEE OUR DAUGHTER GRADUATE BASIC AND RAJ WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPED US KNOW WHERE WE WERE GOING. HE DELIVERED OUR BOARDING PASSES TO OUR ROOM AFTER WE PRINTED. GREAT EXPERIENCE!! YOUNG

The room was FILTHY and smelled like smoke. Water bugs in the bathroom at night. The shower curtain was FILTHY. The bathroom walls were FILTHY. Behind the toilet was FILTHY. The air conditioner was FILTHY on the inside. I had to relax because we were there to help my daughter move in her college dorm. In the amount of days we stayed NO ONE asked us to clean the room. I was EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED and the best part of the stay was the eating places by the hotel and within walking distance

The hotel is down a long driveway so it wasn’t easy to figure out from the map app directions...because it is set so far back, road noise isn’t a factor. Check in was a breeze. The bed was cozy and made well. My only gripe was that the air conditioning was set to 85 upon entering the room and it was really hot initially. We were heading out immediately so when we got back it was nice & cool. Enjoyable stay

Well we are not hard to please, but the walls in our room were dark brown, but we could see there were splatters of something and when I looked closer it was bird poop! Not sure how bird poop would get in there,but it was on the walls in the hall too, the towels were stiff and so small we bought our own at Walmart, the tv service was not good,no ironing board when we asked for one, the hot water was almost nonexistent, no plug for tub, but liked the mirrored closet door and the mirror behind bed helped with getting ready. We didn't spend a ton of time in the room,so it really wasn't worth complaining, and we checked out a day early! Another plus, no bedbugs, but sheets had stains and looked dirty even though they weren't! I feel like if WE saw the bird poop, staff had to have seen it too...hate giving not so positive reviews, but they need to know, and fix it!
