"I stayed for four nights, and on two of them, the air conditioning didn't work properly. Despite my complaint, nothing changed. I drive a Mercedes V-Class—a vehicle similar in size to many others (including the hotel's own van)—yet I was charged double for parking (€20 instead of €10 per night) on the grounds that my car took up two spaces. I didn't find this fair, and I believe the hotel should reconsider this policy....very unfair."

"We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Abruzzi. The location simply can’t be beat—stepping out the front door directly onto Piazza della Rotonda with the Pantheon right in front of you is an unforgettable experience. Our room had an incredible view that made every morning and evening feel special. The staff was consistently warm, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. They were always happy to answer questions and made us feel right at home. The only minor downside is that, because you’re staying in one of Rome’s most iconic and lively squares, you do hear some noise from outside at night. That said, it was never bad enough to keep us from falling asleep, and the unbeatable location more than made up for it. We’d gladly stay here again and would highly recommend Hotel Abruzzi to anyone looking for the quintessential Rome experience."

"The room was small but clean, the maid was lovely. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was basic but good. The room didn't have a balcony but there was a decent roof terrace for sitting out. Only complaint was the lift broke down on the second day which meant a climb to the top floor to my room!"
