"The room and facilities were good and as expected. The issue was the delayed check in when my reservation was confusing to the staff. I had a confirmed reservation for a family room on and had a photo and the email showing the confirmation. The hotel had another reservation for me that was not adequate and it took three supervisors and 20 minutes to figure out the confusion. This was a very short overnight stay as it was between planes at the Rome airport and we just wanted to get to our room."

"I chose this hotel. Because it had air-conditioning. I had two rooms. Air conditioning in one work well. The one that my wife and I were in. It did not work at all. It was actually cooler outside than in our room. So two of the five days we were there. Was miserable. The third day they finally moved us to another room that had air-conditioning. When it’s 85° outside. And it’s cooler than in your room. I would say give this hotel a lot of thought. The location is great. But our air-conditioning did not work that well in the first room. And I did ask them to check on it about four times. Finally, the third day I was getting ready to look for another hotel. And they moved us to another room."
