3. No cooking with very aromatic seasonings, such as curries

Communication was excellent. But it definitely needs someone to come in and do a better job of cleaning and hitting a punch list of repairs. Again though, communication was great. And our concerns were met with validation and appreciation.

It was a nice loft area, the bathroom helps split up the space so it feels a little bigger. It was great for my needs, I just needed a place to crash while I was in town spending the majority of my time out and about with friends. It was an older property and you could tell; creaky floors with some gaps, not the best water pressure in the shower, etc.

I had to cancel my trip due to covid. Reviewing my credit card statement it appears I got charged for 100% of the cost- including a refundable damage deposit. When I inquired about the cost with the owner, they did not reply. Very disappointed

Cute quirky loft

I enjoyed my stay at the loft. It's exactly as listed and had everything I needed. It took a little bit of time for the water to warm up but it did. My only issue is MY issue because I overpack/prepare for these vacations and I had to make 5 trips up a lot of stairs to bring everything up. The train didn't even bother me at all. Management was very prompt with responses to any questions.

Je n"si rien apprécié : logement sale, sombre, minuscule, aucun confort, vaisselle en plastique, trous dans les murs et au sol; 2 serviettes de toilette pour 2 adultes pour 1 semaine; aucun service à la clientèle; aucune réponse à nos appels. Une arnaque : nous avons payé 1000 $CAN et nous avons dû partir au bout de deux nuits. Scandaleux! Vous ne devriez pas héberger cette agence.
