Paid for a suite at this "pet-friendly" hotel. At check-in, was told that pets were not allowed in that suite and we would be in a smaller room with 1 bed. Manager "upgraded" us to a 2-bed room, but still was not what we paid for. Additionally, was charged a $50 "pet fee" that was not disclosed during booking.
