This recently renovated house is Within walking distance (10 minute) or 2-minute driving to John Carroll University, Whole Foods, Target, Macy's in University Square. Legacy Village, Beachwood Place and The Van Aken District of Shaker Heights are also nearby. 15 to 20 minutes' drive to Case Western Reserve University, University Circle, Cleveland Clinic.

Modern Kitchen, with stainless steel appliances and kitchen countertop bar, opens up to Family room. Great for people gatherings. Large Living Room and formal dining room, both have Bay Windows with lots of nature lights. Hardwood and vinyl flooring with area rugs throughout ground Level. Second floor 3 bedrooms with carpets.
