"The room was so small it's crazy, it was like a European studio apartment for a student. There was no fridge in the room. We requested one upon arrival that we had to call again for once we got there and there was barely anywhere to put it. Plus was that it was free of charge to add it on to our stay. Hotel is a good location and walking distance to the convention center and the parking garage across the street is only $15 overnight parking compared to some of the other ones."

"From the beginning of my stay all the way to the end was perfect. The staff were phenomenal; from the man at the valet greeting me with a smile and warm embrace, to the desk receptionist being generous and bubbly, to even the waitress and cook being very nice and understanding.
