The room we were in was in rough shape and dirty conditions. The floor had not been vacuumed and was walking on all sorts of crumbs. The bathroom had lots of hair and dust piling up around the walls and behind the toilet. The towels in the room had stains and multiple tears in them. Asked for new ones at the front desk and it had a large stain on it as well. Very disappointed. Will not stay again.

The room was very dirty. There was food in the room from a previous guest. We did not have enough linens. This was the only room available that would accommodate my family so we cleaned ourselves and made due.

If you are questioning to book this hotel DO IT! ITS SERIOUSLY THE BEST and with the price i coukdnt believe the cleanliness, the friendliness, the safe the envirment was kid and pittie friendly. The management goes above and beyond for their guest to make them have the best experience. Everything is so clean and smells great no bugs no drugs or activities along those lines its quiet. The breakfast bar is ahhhmazing. The whole experience was so at home like coukdnt find a better hotel anytmwhere in the Cincinnati area. When we came on hard times they took away the stress of most of it. So easy and the best staff. BOOK IT YOU WONT REGRET IT

Stay away, far, far away! 😔
Was extremely disappointed in this hotel. If it wasn’t 11 PM at night when we checked in and just needing a place to catch a few hours of sleep, we would’ve moved onto someplace else. Tried to talk to a manager, but they don’t come in till noon. Everything in the room was disgusting . . . Sheets had burn holes in them and other peoples hair was also found in the bed. The “kitchen” area was a joke . . . From crumbs on the counter and floor to dirty silverware in the cupboard and dirty microwave, toaster, and oven. No paper towels or dish rags/towels were available. We were very thankful we weren’t looking to cook some food there. In the bathroom. . . Only one set of towels when we had registered as two people Those towels were also stained and so we wouldn’t even use those The toilet paper holder was falling off the wall, and there was hair on the bathroom floor. Breakfast was a joke. . . We were told when we checked in that breakfast was served 7 to 9 when in fact during the week it’s only served 6 to 8. Went down at 8:20 and there was some very dry scrambled eggs but we were able to make waffles and have sausage. They had coffee but the lids did not fit on the coffee cups. There was not any napkins or other condiments that would go with bagels and biscuits.

The beds were not queen to start with. We had no blankets on the beds only flat sheets. The water barley any hot water. The water would go from cold to hot to come to hot so you had to quickly take a shower. There was only 2 towels in the room that slept 6 ppl. I'll never book with them ever again.

We checked in late, expecting the 2 Queen suite and the clerk said there was a mess up on their end and gave us two rooms with double beds instead for the same price. Upon entering one room, the door was already propped open, tv on, and the whole area smelled like Marijuana. Second room had one bed with what looked like blood splatter and stains on the thin bedding and pillow cases. It didn't have towels, the kitchen sink was clogged and did not drain, and floors were dirty. When we told the front desk, all we got was, "oh, I'm so sorry." The pictures are nothing like what they advertise online. Beware.

While price was a bit better than other options, it would have been worth the extra cost. This place was incredibly unclear. All the towels, pillows, and blankets had stains of some sort. We slept on top of the sheets because they had the least stains. Didn't even shower because the tub looked so dirty. All I can say is please invest in some bleach.

Ok but not a good clean hotel.
Hotel seemed dirty overall, our fridge didn't work when we checked in they had to send someone to fix it. It smelled of mildew and mold was visible inside. The TV didn't work in the room the beds didn't have comforters and when we did a bed check for bugs found the mattress protector was incredibly dirty with stains(but they weren't stains they rubbed out with a wash clothes and water). Found trash and food inside the pull out couch when we pulled it out to use. Breakfast was very basic and lacking.

We did not check in until around midnight and the front desk clerked seemed very overwhelmed and busy. He also seemed very confused when we asked about getting a garbage can for our room (see below). However, the gentleman working the desk the next morning was very apologetic and helpful. He offered to have housekeeping come in and clean our room, which we refused because we were not going to be in there and did not want anyone in the room while we were gone. We did stay both nights because we only needed a place to sleep and shower; however we will not stay here again. PROS: beds were very comfortable and the shower had plenty of hot water and good water pressure, the location was really convenient to area attractions and restaurants CONS: multiple carpet stains and stains on the walls, kitchen area was VERY dirty, room smelled like cat pee, no garbage cans in room, no towels or washclothes (had to go to the front desk to get them), no pillowcases on some of the pillows (again, went to the front desk to obtain), the parking area had multiple areas that were inaccessible due to being roped off which made it difficult to access and park

Not worth the money. Even with how cheap it is.
The place was kinda run down. Hallways smelled awful of cigarette smoke. Bathroom was not very cleaned, and only had 1 towel. The kitchen sink was clogged up and had water sitting in the bottom.
