"Central to almost everything we wanted to see."
We were greeted by a friendly staff, the doorman had great recommendations for dinner. The hotel has 3 restaurants, each has it's own character and each was excellent. The room was comfortable, clean and the staff was available to insure our stay was memorable.

"Cool Chelsea comfort!"
My friends and I had 2 rooms a single and a double. Both rooms bigger than average NY hotels. Clean, love modern style. Staff awesome. Kenny, concierge the best! Ordered food and was delicious from Cafe 28. The continental breakfast very nice touch. Loved the little kitchen people sat in. Best coffee ever, 24 hours... that speaks volumes to me! We all had wonderful experience and my NY friends impressed and will refer to Broadway Plaza! Thank you!

"Attentive Staff, thanks Flatiron!"
Great location, really nice room and staff. I arrived at noon and dropped my bag, but by the time I returned from lunch they had my room ready. I am used to having to turn sideways to move around New York hotel rooms but I felt comfortable spending time there. The beds are comfortable.

"Under-Promising and Over Delivering!"
I know it isn't the hotel's intention to under-promise and over-deliver, but when reading the reviews, I expected less than I got. I travel to NYC once to twice a year. I know from experience that I don't spend much time in my room. It is a place to sleep and shower. This time was no different, business kept me at the studio late into the evening each night. Before arriving, I called the hotel to ask if I could have a tripod shipped to them, as it would not have arrived here in time for me to take it with me. The front desk checked my reservation and accepted my tripod. Upon arrival, which is very close to two major subway stations, I was greeted by a smile and a smooth and easy check-in. I got to my room and the first thing I did was a bed-bug check. Very clean. Smelled nice. I unloaded my gear and clothes and used the iron in the room to get rid of some wrinkles from the trip. It was immediately evident that I got more room than I had paid for. In past trips to NYC, the rooms at the rate I was paying were more like closets. This was a room, with room. If you like Dunkin' Donuts, there are four within the two block area. There are many other places to grab a bite as well. The Doughnut Plant a few doors west made awesome doughnuts, well worth their NYC prices. I also ate breakfast at the Chelsea Deli and Bakery and the Chelsea Papaya. I will definitely stay at the Chelsea Savoy on future trips. For the money, I haven't found a better value in the City yet.

Surprisingly quiet; double/triple (whatever) windows. Bed really comfy. More places to eat at within, literally, a two minute walk than can be imagined! Chelsea/Flatiron at its finest, at your doorstep. Very nice.

One early evening in my stay, the pool was closed for a private event! I really needed a good floating after a hard day of moving my daughter's belongings into her new dorm for NYU.

"Great hotel near NYU & Washington SQ"
Stayed over July 4th weekend. Small room but excellent atmosphere. Bathroom was a throwback but very comfortable for both my wife & I. Wonderful bed, but very little in way of view (2nd floor). Location was excellent for Little Italy/ Chinatown / Chelsea and great shopping. Really nice French Bistro/wine bar across the street. Would return, felt it was a good deal relative to cost.
