Staff was very hospitable, the property was very clean and up-to-date, and the room was clean, comfortable and with a nice view of the bay. The breakfast offering was great, tasty and aplenty and the staff was very pleasant.

The older rooms are older BUT the heart of the hotel, staff, amenities, exterior common spaces were amazing! We had the chance to upgrade to a remodeled room and just vhose not to but the newer spaces looked amazing from photos!

"I booked this room based on deceiving pictures and reviews. Unfortunately non refundable. I checked in, got to my rickety, musty room that reminded me of a place that would give you bedbugs, and didn’t even sit down. I quickly booked the Marriott nearby and left. Had to eat the cost of $400, but my god this place was rough. I never, ever write bad reviews, but the reviews here are what led me to my booking so I’m compelled to at least warn others. "
