"The restaurants were awful, worst food ever! The rooms were poorly constructed and falling apart at the seam’s. The shower looks awesome until you step out and notice there is a puddle of water near the bed. The pools were disgusting , old and unkept . This property looks nothing like it does on line. The only employee that was actually very nice just started working at the hotel 5 days ago! This property is no luxury hotel and I will not be fooled again! I recommend hotels .com doesn’t promote hotels on false advertisement. Bottom line would never recommend this hotel! Overpriced and employees that have no sense of urgency for guests! Not good!"
