"We really enjoyed our stay here. It was clean and nice. The cleaning lady on floor 8 for us was fantastic and had amazing recommendations. So did the staff at the front door. We had issues checking in. We were told our room was ready but then ended up waiting over an hour for a room inspection. It was quite frustrating after traveling. They offered us the pool and bar while we waited but we wanted to get to our room to change and decompress before doing so. That was pretty frustrating. They did give us a credit but It doesnt make up for the time lost that we could have used during the day. Overall the stay was very nice and we enjoyed It. We plan to come back again."
