Very good breakfast. Enjoyed the parking lot wildlife (chickens, mostly cocks). Great exercise room which I could not take advantage of. Friendly staff.

The room was dirty. The windows were so dirty you couldn't even see the ocean. There were bugs, the towels were dirty, the sheets smelled like smoke, and the whole building smelled like weed. It was disgusting. I would not recommend staying here for anything.

The breakfast menu was good. It could have more variety, ie bacon, cheese. The staff was very accommodating. The facility could easily be 5 stars with investment in maintenance, including hot water.
