This property needs some updating. The handle to one of the guest bedroom doors was missing when we arrived. The staff did a good job fixing it right away when it was brought to their attention. One of the cabinet doors in the guest bath was broken and had blue tape on it. We didn't have any pool towels in the room and when we ask for some, they were never brought to us.

This is a fantastic hotel/resort on the ocean. The staff were very friendly and provided excellent customer service. Our room was condo-like with a full kitchen. It was updated and very clean. The numerous pools were also great.

Here's a short review for the Anderson Ocean Club Hotel: My recent stay at the Anderson Ocean Club Hotel was a mixed experience. Upon checking in, I was initially disappointed with my room; the carpet appeared dirty and the table surfaces were noticeably unclean. I brought this to the attention of the front desk staff, who promptly and courteously moved me to a much-improved room, which I appreciated. However, the next day, a request for fresh towels went unfulfilled, and after a considerable wait, I ended up having to retrieve them myself. It also seemed that the information provided about hotel amenities was inconsistent; I overheard another guest being informed of features I was not told about, suggesting a lack of standardized communication. Overall, the level of customer service felt dependent on the individual staff member rather than a consistent company policy. While some staff were very helpful, the inconsistency detracted from an otherwise pleasant location.
