It was a beautiful property and we enjoyed our stay. The only thing that was disappointing was the service around the pool area. It was spotty at best.

This property is absolutely beautiful. When you stay at TRS you get access to every restaurant and pool on the property (except for the travel club- we didn’t feel like we missed out). You get a butler with your room and they take care of everything for you. Everything from dinner reservations to getting housekeeping or extra drinks for your mini bar. We will absolutely be visiting again!

I got the swim up suite and it was amazing. I wouldnt do it any other way. The pool butlers came right up to us for food and drinks while we were in our own personal pool. Cleanliness throughout the hotel was good. I just Wish they would clean the swim up pools daily. The workers there are so laid back and helpful. They contact you to make reservations for dinner, and are there for anything you need like extra water bottles, towels, etc. The only thing they could improve is the food. It was very hit or miss. Some restaurants were amazing, some were okay. One other issue was that we had a couple of gifts for our family in our room And they were disappeared. Not sure if the maids accidentally threw them away since they were wrapped in paper or if they were stolen. It was upsetting but luckily it wasn’t anything too expensive. The butlers offered for security to come in and search our room which was nice but not necessary. I definitely will recommend this place to my friends! All in all a great place!

Unfortunately I don't have much good things to write about TRS. If you ready to feed mosquitos or have your toilet and jetted bathtub not working than this is place to go!!! The hotel is definitely overrated, I am just curious how they got 5 stars (hmmm ???). I can write a book about old mattresses, ancient sheets and over consumed pillows in the room. Speaking of some food establishments: Portofino restaurant with nasty manager and host as well as 35 minutes waiting time for undercooked pizza is "such a nice place". How about Bhogali indian(???) food restaurant with no indian beer or wine and music in french??? Most of the staff seems so $ hungry. They are pushing you to tip them: rolling their eyes and looking into your pockets and hands. Isn't so that we should tip when we are satisfied with services? I couldn't wait to leave!!! Despite the fact that it was misery from day one some staff was trying hard to keep you happy, but it's not enough! And no, they are not LGBTQ friendly enough. I can go on and on, but what is the point?

Excellent, everything was exactly as the pictures and description said it would be, they even have 24/7 personal Butler services, highly recommend staying at this resort 😍😍😍
