Located just a stone's throw from Moose Pond and less than 10 miles from several parks, the Bridgton Highlands Country Club, and downtown Bridgton with its quaint cafes, restaurants, and unique shops, there's plenty to see and do during your stay here in Maine's Lakes Region.

Inside, prepare everyone's favorite recipes in the well-equipped, island kitchen, and then gather for meals at the pub-height table - ideal for family game nights! The adjacent living area boasts a gas fireplace, matching sofas, and a TV for streaming all your favorite channels. Downstairs, you'll find a second living area with additional seating and another TV as well as a foosball table for when you're up for a little friendly competition.

Outside, enjoy the view from the upper-level balcony off the main bedroom or brew up a mug of tea, grab one of the provided books, and sit out on the shaded and furnished lower-level deck.

Additional amenities and features include high-speed internet access, a gas grill, and a private washer/dryer.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
