Amazing Stay
This was my 3rd year staying at this cabin and enjoyed every second of it. It’s such a peaceful and quiet place to stay, incredibly clean, the owners are so kind, and they bake you fresh bread for when you arrive!! Already planning our next trip next year.

Hiking, reading, writing retreat
Needed some quiet! I found that. And a warm welcome in a cozy house with warm bread. And a distillery tour on the edge of the property rounded out this Appalachia experience. Hiked in Little Switzerland with short detour on the way home to Charlotte.

Getaway
Cabin was beautiful, had everything anyone would need. Owners were very responsive and easy to talk to. It rained the entire stay but that didn’t keep us from hiking and relaxing, reading. Will definitely come back . Would like to try the Airstream.

Heaven on earth
I cannot say enough great things about this place!! So peaceful and quiet, it really brings you down to earth. The dogs had an absolute wonderful time running around and swimming. Everything is so well thought out, there was not a need or want for anything during out stay there.

We loved the Rocky Bottom Cabin and surrounding area. the gurgling creek was amazing. We enjoyed the fire and the cabin was awesome. Also South Mountains State Park and great hiking was only a short drive away. We would HIGHLY recommend this property and would love to return again.

Great time at RBC
My wife and I both enjoyes our stay at Bob and Gales cabin. The property was very nice and our dogs loved playing by the stream and setting on the dock. Beautiful and quiet location. Nearby South Mountains should be visited during your stay.
