"I am visiting from overseas, so when I booked this room it was so that I could spend an afternoon catching up on the internet. The hotel didn't have internet access for the 2 days that I stayed there. There was a sanitary issue in the bathroom. When I brought this to their attention, they offered to install disability equipment to correct the unhealthy problem with the bathroom. It was an attempt at a band-aid fix for a health issue and I declined. They moved me to a less desirable room."

"Poor management, noisy, can not sleep till midnight due to wedding in the same facility, Staff could not help I checked in at 7 pm , tired, had to leave hotel after 8 hours to catch a flight. It was so noisy, loud music, the manager did not even informed me that it will be loud , noisy . The worst hotel in my experience."

"I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. During my three-day stay, my room was never cleaned, which was very disappointing. The property appeared poorly maintained, and there was a strong odor of marijuana in many areas of the hotel. Overall, the hotel did not feel clean or well-managed. There also appeared to be many long-term residents on the property, and there were several unruly individuals around the hotel, which made the atmosphere uncomfortable. As a guest, I did not feel that the hotel provided the quality or environment I expected. The complimentary breakfast ended at 9:00 a.m. every day, which seemed too early for many travelers. In addition, I wanted to watch the NBA Finals on ABC, but the hotel did not provide the local ABC channel. When I asked about it, I was told to go to a bar across the street to watch the game, which was not an acceptable solution. Overall, this was one of the most disappointing hotel stays I have experienced. Between the lack of housekeeping, poor maintenance, unpleasant odors, and limited amenities, I cannot recommend staying here and will not return."
