I’ve stayed here before. The previous times I stayed here, the rates were reasonable. This time everything from room prices to eating were insanely high. Three cocktails - $150.00; dinner for five people, almost $1000.00; and table minimum bets at $25.00 per hand. I won’t stay here again.

This was our least favorite stay here. We've stayed here a total of 3 or 4 times in the past year. We didn't get our room till 6pm, check in is 3pm. Inside bell hop was rude. Room cups were dirty (no surprise here though). Check out day we couldn't charge anything to the room, the systems were down, so we missed out on the extra credit we received through a promotion. Will be trying a different hotel next time!

The room was beautiful and in great condition. The check-in staff, shop cashiers, and bartenders all provided top-notch customer service. We booked for the balcony view, but I will return for the good vibes. Thank you!!
